The SWAMP Water Quality and Tissue Field Data Sheets are Microsoft Excel documents where the user can fill in defaults and modify the data sheets for their specific project needs. These sheets are designed to be used with the SWAMP recommended Field Measures SOP Conducting Field Measurements and Field Collections of Water and Bed Sediment Samples in the Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program. The Bioassessment/Algae data sheets are PDF documents and cannot be modified because they follow the SWAMP required Bioassessment SOP Collecting Benthic Macroinvertebrate Samples and Associated Physical and Chemical Data for Ambient Bioassessments in California and Algae SOP Collecting Stream Algae Samples and Associated Physical Habitat and Chemical Data for Ambient Bioassessments in California.

Water Quality Field Data Sheet (updated 10/27/09) updated!
This Microsoft Excel file contains multiple worksheets related to water, sediment, and tissue sampling. The first worksheet is a supplement to help standardize the field observations and general use of the data sheets. The second page on the first worksheet contains the Beaufort Scale which will help the user in determining sea state. The worksheet titled ‘SWAMP_Water_Probe’ is used for field observations, water chemistry sampling, and probe measurements. The worksheet titled ‘SWAMP_Sediment’ is used for sediment sampling.

Tissue Field Data Sheet (updated 10/27/09) updated!
This Microsoft Excel file contains multiple worksheets related to tissue sampling and the associated composite information. The first worksheet is a supplement to help standardize the field observations and general use of the data sheets. The second page on the first worksheet contains the Beaufort Scale which will help the user in determining sea state. Tissue sampling worksheets for electro-shocking, trawling, point specific events like hook and line, gill netting, trapping, seining, and cast netting are provided. Fish processing and laboratory composite data sheets are also included.
