SWAMP v2.5 Database

The SWAMP Data Management Team (DMT) has established documentation to describe SWAMP business rules as well as field sampling guides, data sheets and templates, and data management processes that are helpful in collecting and sharing data comparable to SWAMP.

Information in these documents may be updated periodically. There will be a date associated with most links to maintain version control. It is recommended that the website be checked frequently for updates.

CETIS/SWAMP Toxicity Data Translator formats data from the Comprehensive Environmental Toxicity Information System (CETIS – TidePool software) to the correct SWAMP v2.5 Toxicity formats.

Data Checker opens a new page with an online tool for Chemistry, Toxicity, and Tissue data format comparisons.  This tool checks for proper lookup list values and the adherence to SWAMP business rules. Valid values from the SWAMP database Lookup Lists are also accessible here for reference.
